There's more to Geoduck than meets the eye...

Look, we get it: the Geoduck clam isn't the prettiest bivalve on the market, but it damn sure comes close to being one of the best tasting!

Once you get past it's rather... suggestive appearance, you can really start to imagine the possibilities. The texture falls somewhere between that of a clam and a shrimp, and the taste is a symphony of flavors ranging from briny and sweet to salty and clean.
